Sales Team Management
Per-rep tracking, permissions, commissions
Every team member gets their own login credentials. Manager dashboards show activity broken down per rep — calls made, leads contacted, pipeline stages updated, closes logged. You can see exactly which rep is working and which is not, in real time. There is no shared login pooling.
Leads can be assigned in bulk to specific reps directly from the lead list view. Filter by niche, city, or source and assign the entire filtered batch to a rep in one action. No manual one-by-one assignment on large lists.
Reps cannot delete, hide, or export leads assigned to other reps. Role-based permissions separate what a Sales Member can do versus an Agency Owner or Manager. This specifically protects your lead database from being taken when a rep leaves — a real risk in any agency running cold outreach.
When a rep logs a close, it moves to a Pending Verification stage. The agency owner or manager reviews and confirms before commission is counted. Reps cannot self-approve their own commissions. The leaderboard reflects only verified closes — no inflated numbers from reps gaming the system.
When a rep marks a lead as Callback Scheduled, they set a date and time. The platform surfaces those leads at the scheduled time so nothing falls through. Follow-up reminders appear inside the platform dashboard and are tied to specific leads — not generic calendar reminders that get ignored.
Manager dashboards, per-rep tracking, bulk lead assignment, and role-based permissions all exist specifically because agencies grow. The platform was built for the 10–30 rep agency model — not retrofitted for it. The Agency plan's flat pricing means your tool cost does not scale with headcount. Your revenue does. The Agency Operations add-on extends Get Map Leads into project delivery. After a close is verified, the project moves into a delivery workflow where your production team tracks milestones, client deliverables, and project status — without seeing the sales pipeline data they do not need. CSV import supports large files and allows column mapping so your existing field names map to the correct fields in Get Map Leads. You are not locked into a rigid column format. Bring your existing lead data in cleanly without reformatting every column manually.
