Questions about Sales Team Features

Do team members know when a sale goes to verification?+
Yes. Team members are notified when they log a close that it has been sent for owner approval. They can see the pending status on their own dashboard so they know it's in the queue.
What happens if the owner rejects a sale?+
The team member receives a notification that the close was not verified. The sale does not count toward their record or appear on the leaderboard. The owner can add a note explaining the rejection, which the team member can see.
Can team members see each other's individual close details?+
Team members can see the leaderboard rankings and monthly close counts for their colleagues. They cannot see the specific business names or deal details from a colleague's closes. Only the agency owner has full visibility of all close details.
Is there a limit on how many team members can be on the Agency plan?+
No. The Agency plan includes unlimited team members with no per-seat pricing. Add as many people to your team as your agency needs.
Can the leaderboard be turned off if I don't want competition culture?+
Yes. The leaderboard is visible by default on the Agency plan. If you prefer not to display it to your team, you can disable it from the agency settings panel at any time.
What counts as a verified close on the leaderboard?+
Only sales that have been explicitly approved by the agency owner — or auto-approved after 4 days of no action — count as verified closes. Pending sales are not shown on the leaderboard until verification is complete.
