Get Map Leads is a lead generation and CRM platform that allows web agencies to scrape business data from Google Maps, identify businesses without websites, perform AI-powered website audits, and manage follow-up outreach. The Service is intended for legitimate business development and marketing purposes only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for business use; you agree to use it on behalf of a legitimate business entity.

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or engage in any form of prohibited outreach
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of any third party's terms of service

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge you for the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be required to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and data — are owned by Get Map Leads and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of data obtained through the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Get Map Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Map Leads and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
